Loading Levels:
A PolyFlav masterbatch doesn’t have to be used for your entire product; with one concentrated masterbatch of flavored plastic, you can use it as an additive by dry mixing the concentrated material with a virgin non-flavored plastic of the same characteristics and processing conditions. This allows use of standard processing techniques which significantly reduces cost, especially for those applications that only require low flavor concentrations.
